March 15, 2019, Nong Lam organized a team building activity at Ho Do Ta Vung Tau Resort for all Company employees with the main theme of "OPENING - CONNECTING - LOVE EXPERIENCE".

The trip not only helped everyone relax and be energized for work, but also tightened the spirit of solidarity in the company. Every had a lot of time to spend together with playing, eating and singing, so they understood each other better and easily shared difficulties at work. This was also an opportunity to give each member a new feeling about people, work and life. More specifically, this occasion was the bridge to help draw the distance closer between the Board of Directors and employees when they happily chatted to, shared with and understood each other.
